Michael Vincent and his father, Alan are the Solicitors and Partners at MJV. They have more than fifty years combined experience in a wide range of areas of law and are here to provide you with any help and assistance you may need.
Alan is a solicitor and partner in the firm with over 40 years experience. He has spent all of his career practising law on the Fylde coast and in the surrounding area. He has experience in a wide variety of fields including commercial property, personal injury, wills and probate and litigation.
Alan now specialises in powers of attorney, wills and probate but is happy to engage with clients on a variety of matters including property, dispute resolution and employment law.
Michael is a solicitor and is the managing partner of the firm. He has a wide range of experience and currently specialises in litigation and commercial property.
He currently heads our housing disrepair department while also assisting clients with a wide variety of matters including commercial property, sales and acquisitions, commercial litigation and more.
Michael has settled a number of high value cases and recovered damages for clients totalling millions of pounds during is career to date.
Rebecca joined MJV Solicitors’ housing disrepair team in March 2022 She qualified as a solicitor in 2016, and specialises in civil litigation.
Rebecca has worked for both Claimant and Defendant firms. She is experienced in dealing with Housing Disrepair, Personal Injury, Industrial Disease, Holiday Illness and Financial Mis selling matters, and enjoys dealing with the challenges that come with these claims. Rebecca has also had experience drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Natalie is an experienced conveyancer and has been working in property since 2019.
Natalie joined MJV Solicitors in December 2021.
She specialises in residential conveyancing and is experienced in routine matters as well as high value purchases and sales, remortgages, new build properties, leasehold transactions and more.
She prides herself on client care and is highly thought of by her clients.
Ellis is an experienced paralegal having begun working for a regional solicitors practice in 2016 as a business administration apprentice. He soon progressed to becoming a paralegal and fee earner working in the Personal Injury department.
After six years in PI, Ellis joined MJV Solicitors in 2020 as part of the expanding Housing Disrepair team and continue in that role to date, dealing with a high number of Housing Disrepair matters on a daily basis.
Hayley is the Personal Assistant to the Directors. She has 35 years’ experience in a wide range of areas of law.
>Hayley’s main role is providing invaluable support to the Directors, which involves corresponding with clients and all organisations, assisting with progressing claims, issuing claims, and preparing for Trial. She also assists in relation to administering Estates and providing advice and support to Client’s who have recently suffered a bereavement.
Hayley prides herself in client care and particularly enjoys being involved in the more complicated claims and helping to achieve the best outcome on behalf of the clients.
Gill is an experienced administrator and manager who often assists on cases when required.
Gill has undertaken various roles within the firm as she has excellent organisational skills as well as being a great team player. In her current role as Administration Manager she is at the forefront of future innovations and progression that the Company is striving to achieve. Gill has been working in law and for solicitors’ firms for over 25 years .
Gill has worked in litigation, crime and family before moving over to a more involved role within the firm.
