If you are selling and or buying a property without a mortgage, we provide a quick, plain speaking service and can progress your purchase as quickly as you like. We do not employ teams of paralegals who are difficult to get hold of.
Your matter will be handled by a trained lawyer working as part of a small team. We have a quick turnaround time on transaction and offer competitive fees.
We charge £450 plus VAT and disbursements for either buying or selling a property. Where a property is leasehold, we charge an additional £50 plus VAT and disbursements.
Where a property is unregistered, we charge an additional £100 plus VAT and disbursements.
